What a hidden gem. I was staying in the area for work and wasn’t expecting the restaurant to be as good as it was. I’ve dined in Michelin starred restaurants around the world. And while Brasseriet might not quite be up there (yet), there was the same passion and care for quality ingredients, flavour and presentation. So I give it 4 star relative to top global dining experiences but 5 stars for effort. Keep doing what you do and promoting seasonal produce and flavours. Wine list provided some nice elegant surprises interspersed with more commercial and affordable options. Service was thoughtful and tailored to each diner’s needs. Ambiance provided a range from an intimate experience to the busy theatre of the kitchen. As for the range in your reviews - it’s hard to put together a menu that pleases the hungry hotel traveller but also more discerning locals. I think you do a good job Burgers and fried fish are available for those that need it but don’t come here expecting McDonalds - that’s down the road.

Im quite picky with the meet and this ribeye was amazing. I was in doubt because of the overall reviews but completely outstanding. I saw the rest of the dishes and they looked well designed and prepared.

돼지 안심을 이용한 스테이크가 너무 맛있다 !! 유럽에서 먹은 음식들 중 다섯 손가락 안에 드는 맛 하지만 파스타는 조금 짠 편.. 직원 분들에게 궁금한 것들을 이것저것 물어봤는데 웃으면서 잘 응대해주신다

Dejlig oplevelse at besøge Brasseriet. Udsøgte og delikate retter, god stemning og betjening. Oplevelse at se og opleve køkkenet tilberedning og anretning af bestillinger. Flot udvalg af bl a. non-alkoholiske drikke. Et besøg værd.

Jeg fik frokost i forbindelse med et strategiseminar. Maden var lækker. Skøn lokation og udsigt. Betjeningen var lidt pudsig. Jeg havde nok ikke fået læst op på åbningstiderne. Beklager.
